📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions • Writing clean, testable code • Conduct code review before deployment and coach developers on any issues discovered • Reviewing PRs and ensuring code quality • Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks • Coaching and mentoring mid-junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8 years of experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain or maintain Public Trust (High) clearance • Understanding database normalization, load balancing, and basic microservices • Ability to debug a failing CI/CD pipeline and manage environment variables safely • Writing unit tests and End-to-End tests as standard practice • Explaining technical trade-offs to product managers and mentoring junior developers
