âą Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key decision-makers âą Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive year-over-year sales growth âą Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and understand customer strategies and objectives âą Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets âą Collaborate with internal teams to provide value-added customer solutions âą Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments âą Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and inventory visibility âą Demonstrate strong technical understanding of lighting products, technologies, and platforms âą Support pricing strategy, promotional activities, and brand development initiatives âą Spend significant time in the field meeting customers and supporting account growth
âą Bachelorâs degree required; MBA strongly preferred âą Minimum 5 years of sales and/or account management experience required âą Minimum 3 years of lighting industry experience strongly preferred âą Established OEM or key account relationships preferred âą Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills required âą Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills required âą Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms required âą Bilingual in French and English required âą LEED accreditation, LC certification, or PE designation preferred âą Strong problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset preferred
