📋 Description

• Drive strategic initiatives spanning customer data, audience management, measurement, and decisioning capabilities • Align business stakeholders, technology teams, analytics partners, and external vendors around shared objectives and roadmaps • Advise on the evolution of customer data and marketing technology capabilities • Define future-state strategies supporting acquisition, customer engagement, and business growth • Support the strategic roadmap for Customer Data Platform capabilities and future enhancements • Define and prioritize Phase 2 CDP initiatives and associated business use cases • Partner with technology and analytics teams to evaluate and advance decision engine capabilities • Advance measurement capabilities and reporting frameworks with Data & Analytics teams • Support Customer Journey Analytics initiatives and broader measurement strategy efforts • Identify opportunities to improve actionable insights, audience understanding, and marketing performance measurement • Advise on Acxiom capabilities within the broader Adobe ecosystem • Collaborate with bureaus, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to maximize customer data assets • Guide audience, identity, and activation strategies supporting Bread and its brand partners • Serve as liaison between Bread value streams, strategic initiatives, and enterprise roadmaps • Influence stakeholders across marketing, analytics, product, and technology organizations • Lead initiatives through collaboration, consensus-building, and effective communication rather than direct authority • Analyze client requirements, create business and systems requirements documents, research critical business decisions, recommend solutions, and participate in implementing associated changes

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years’ financial services implementation experience or related technology experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Understanding of a variety of marketing campaign execution activities (Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance) • Strong ability to interact and collaborate with senior business stakeholders • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and define a vision in a dynamic environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills; articulate and persuasive; strong business writing skills • Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience • Ability to gather requirements from initiative owners and translate them into actionable work for Acxiom teams • Experience working across Product, Architecture, Technology, and Business organizations • Ability to influence priorities and drive execution across multiple stakeholder groups • Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
