📋 Description

• Serve as a Solution Advisor for Creative Pro, demonstrating workflow examples and business outcomes • Own Creative Pro solutions knowledge across Creative Cloud, Frame, Express, and related products • Build sales plays, positioning, objection handling, enablement experiences, and demo narratives • Participate in strategic accounts, executive discussions, and competitive deals • Monitor competitive intelligence and provide proof points and comparisons • Share seller and customer insights to guide roadmap discussions and portfolio investment • Coordinate with Business Pro, Marketing Pro, GTM, and product marketing counterparts • Collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Sales, Enablement, and partner organizations • Identify opportunities and build scalable enablement to improve seller confidence, adoption, and customer impact • Measure activation efficiency using field feedback and business outcomes, refining enablement continuously

🎯 Requirements

• Over 6 years of practical experience with creativity or efficiency software • Extensive, proven experience in Adobe's Creative Pro suite or similarly advanced creative/efficiency software • Product depth as an SC, technical seller, solutions consultant, or product specialist • Working knowledge of AI concepts in creative and efficiency workflows • Practical experience with agentic creative workflows and node/graph-based creative tools such as ComfyUI • Proficiency with frontier and open-weighted generative models in production creative workflows • Ability to convert technical product expertise into positioning, scalable training, and customer discussions • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 30% of the time • Experience crafting enablement using adult learning principles • Prior experience in sales, field, or GTM enablement • Ability to influence without direct authority across cross-functional organizations • Ability to build relationships across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Sales, and Enablement • Ability to develop scalable solutions that increase seller efficiency and business impact
