📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end creation of motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated videos for social media campaigns, video platforms, and corporate content • Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to translate ideas into executable motion content • Champion the motion design identity and ensure assets are on-brand and visually outstanding • Build and optimize Essential Graphics templates in After Effects • Organize design assets to enable collaboration and maintain animation quality • Apply illustration, video editing, and deck design expertise to creative initiatives • Handle urgent creative requests and solve problems under pressure • Present designs, pitch concepts, and explain creative solutions to cross-functional teams • Manage multiple fast-paced projects under tight, changing deadlines • Research industry trends, new technologies, and evolving social media formats

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience • 6+ years of hands-on social content design, ideally in an agency, brand, or newsroom environment • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator • Familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D • Experience leveraging Google generative AI models (Nano Banana, Veo, Flow) • In-depth understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube • Rigorous grasp of design fundamentals and current trends • Working knowledge of the Google App Suite • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects and urgent deadlines • Adaptability and creative agility in a rapidly evolving media landscape • Organizational ability to deliver high-quality results in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to simplify technical or data-heavy concepts into motion stories • Strong command of animation fundamentals, including timing, pacing, easing, and anticipation • Proven experience collaborating on cross-team projects • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills for static designs and templates • Familiarity with B2B and digital marketing creative best practices
