📋 Description

• Leads creative design projects, developing high-impact visuals for branding, digital experiences, and corporate communications • Works cross-functionally with marketing, web development, and leadership teams to create compelling designs • Mentors junior designers and ensures quality standards across design deliverables • Stays updated on design trends and emerging tools • Creates professional technical graphics, diagrams, illustrations, and visual layouts for plans, reports, briefings, training materials, and other deliverables • Converts complex engineering information into clear visual products consistent with Government and corporate presentation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience • Each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required • Must have Secret clearance to start • Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years relevant experience with certifications applicable to functional role description • Certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design or Adobe Certified Professional in Graphic Design and Illustration
