📋 Description

• Ideate and produce a wide variety of creative, high-quality graphic design deliverables for UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association marketing, communication, engagement and fundraising efforts • Prepare marketing and promotional materials for UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association programs and entities • Transform ideas into draft and final layouts using design and layout expertise • Maintain electronic archives, print copy archives, and printing specifications files • Master university and UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association identity standards and advise others • Join a team responsible for acquiring and stewarding philanthropic resources for UW-Stout Polytechnic

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Demonstrated experience taking a project from ideation to production • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software • Ability to explain concepts to clients in a professional and clear manner • Official transcripts required at time of hire • Eligibility for employment in the United States on or before the effective date of appointment and maintenance of work authorization throughout the employment term • Criminal background check and clearance to work by the Human Resources Office • Passing reference checks • Passing an essential job function test, as applicable • Three professional references, including at least one prior manager or supervisor
