• You will join Advantage Mídia as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and will be responsible for directly qualifying and contacting marketing-generated leads with the objective of creating opportunities for the sales executives. • Verify lead quality and select potential clients. • Schedule meetings (with identified potential clients) for our sales team via phone calls and WhatsApp. • Update the lead list with newly collected information. • Accurately enter and update our metric-tracking/control software.

• Compensation: R$ 2,000 + commission and bonuses described below • This role is offered under the PJ (contractor) model • Remote work (home office) • Flexible hours, but availability required from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday • Individual Development Plan and training for professional growth • Attendance-based increasing bonus (% attendance): 30% - R$200, 40% - R$400, 50% - R$600… • R$500 bonus for achieving sales targets • Quarterly target bonus (recurring increase of R$200 to the base pay) • Variable bonuses (internal challenges) • iFood benefits • Growth opportunities in the Commercial area: as a Closer or as Head of SDR, managing other SDRs on the team
