📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to operations teams and Service Partners • Assist with Service Partner onboarding, contract setup, and record maintenance • Review Service Partner invoices collaboratively with Billing and Operations • Issue contracts according to operations management guidelines • Ensure timely agreement execution and filing of insurance, workers’ compensation, and other requirements • Drive procedures and track compliance with safety and risk management policies • Maintain Service Partner database integrity • Build working relationships with Service Partners throughout the country • Monitor invoice status and ensure resolution within guidelines • Obtain and maintain Service Partner insurance, diversity certifications, and onboarding compliance items • Assist with daily Operations department activities and events • Perform seasonal setup for implemented programs • Provide operational support to Service Partners and the Operations Team • Provide system reporting after events • Adjust schedule to support overnight and/or weekend snowfall events • Perform other duties supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Aspire, Tipalti, Sage Intacct, Gatekeeper, SiteFotos, and/or other ERP and AP automation systems preferred • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and communicative skills • Ability to organize and analyze information and direct problem-solving processes • Proven ability to make decisions and lead others • Ability to think conceptually and strategically • Ability to perform complex and varied tasks independently • Extreme attention to detail • Must have a cell phone that can download the timekeeping application • High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 5 years of related experience • Ability to work remotely or from the corporate office as needed • Ability to lift 20 pounds
