📋 Description

• Act as the primary onboarding point of contact for new hires and hiring managers • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training events to new hires within their first 90 days • Lead onboarding projects from start to finish • Support the development and delivery of learning assets, such as slide decks, eLearning modules, and job aids • Handle onboarding program logistics, including calendaring, communications, and tracking deliverables • Administer and maintain onboarding content and tasks in Workday Learning • Maintain core onboarding documentation • Analyze internal data and conduct external research to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve the onboarding experience • Travel to facilitate onsite onboarding events and support team initiatives (estimated one to two times quarterly)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of program management experience, ideally for people-related programs and/or at an organization that has scaled beyond 2,500 employees • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with 2+ years analyzing and making recommendations based on data • Continuous improvement mentality, grounded in end-user feedback and/or industry insights • Strong communication and presentation skills across virtual and in-person environments • Collaborative team player who builds stable working relationships to support team and organizational success
