• Collaborate with internal groups to create effective strategies for change management • Document, communicate, and execute organizational change activities • Assist with risk management and issues management • Develop and implement change and communication plans • Conduct change impact analysis and readiness assessments • Monitor change progress and success metrics

• Extensive experience in organizational change management • Strong understanding of project delivery and software development lifecycles • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to assess and manage stakeholders • Experience in developing change and communication plans • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in creating presentations and communication materials
