âą Collaborate with internal groups to create effective strategies for change management âą Document, communicate, and execute organizational change activities âą Assist with risk management and issues management âą Develop and implement change and communication plans âą Conduct change impact analysis and readiness assessments âą Monitor change progress and success metrics

âą Extensive experience in organizational change management âą Strong understanding of project delivery and software development lifecycles âą Excellent communication and collaboration skills âą Ability to assess and manage stakeholders âą Experience in developing change and communication plans âą Strong analytical and problem-solving skills âą Proficiency in creating presentations and communication materials
