• Implement Maestro* at client sites, including: • Preparing and providing training on the use of Maestro* to clients • Mapping and documenting clients' current processes and making recommendations to optimize their business processes • Configuring the Maestro* software according to the client's processes and requirements • Preparing training materials and documentation • Supporting the client during the software go-live • Proactively participating in the full implementation project lifecycle (project kickoff, monitoring/control, and project closure) • Advising the project management teams (client and Maestro) on the best approach to deploy the project in the client context • Proactively proposing adjustments to the schedule and deployment plan to maximize project value • Making recommendations and assisting the client with integrated testing required during deployment • Delivering training to internal clients (colleagues) • Collaborating with and participating in the software support team • Working with management on various special projects
• A relevant degree or equivalent work experience • Significant experience in financial management/accounting • Practical experience delivering training, including virtual, classroom, group, and one-on-one formats • Demonstrated ability to work with external clients to understand and gather their requirements • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Excellent communication skills in French and English (we have anglophone clients) and a strong customer service orientation • Available to travel to client sites • Available to work flexible hours • Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset) • Knowledge of and experience implementing ERP-type products, including Maestro* (an asset)
