📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and decision-making • Articulate technical constraints and consider risks and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Escalate issues when needed • Support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including interviewing

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficiency in Python or Kotlin • Familiarity with distributed systems building blocks • Familiarity with AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes • Ability to design solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, well-tested and extensible code • Comfortable navigating large code bases • Experience debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with a global engineering team
