📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks, deliver them in multiple phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with product management, design and analytics on ideation, technical constraints, risks and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts and support their operations and availability • Escalate issues and support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue • Experience shipping mobile apps using native or cross-platform languages like React Native • Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using languages like Kotlin or Python • Ability to design solutions interacting with multiple software components and write clear, well-tested, extensible code • Ability to navigate a large code base, debug others' code, and provide code review feedback • Proactive ownership of professional growth and feedback-seeking • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
