📋 Description

• take a central role in mobile radio base station development • lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development • interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirements • drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program • guide team members in development practices • ensure delivery of high-quality code and products • collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines • mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience • at least 4 years in modern C++ • strong background in Telecom radio base station development and 3GPP/Multi Standard Radio Architecture • strong grasp of embedded systems and real-time constraints • familiarity with Linux platforms such as yocto • experience in agile way of working and development environments incl Git and Jenkins • excellent communication skills in English • nice to have: experience in C# or Python • nice to have: experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, microservices • nice to have: understanding of FPGA and or electronics/radio design • nice to have: good understanding of networking protocols (IPv6, DHCPv6)
