📋 Description

• Process position requisitions, applications, resumes, and internal job postings • Use an applicant tracking system to track applicants and statistics • Lead candidate intake and discovery calls and assist candidates with job searches • Partner with hiring managers on consultation and recruiting strategies • Use standard and specialized sourcing techniques to build qualified candidate pools • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership • Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives and goals • Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies supporting long-term company growth • Build impactful relationships and elevate the employment brand • Enhance candidate experience throughout hiring plans • Report key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes • Serve as the contact person for candidate questions • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle from initial contact to start date • Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline through cold calling and prospecting calls

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and/or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting • Consulting or staffing agency recruiting experience preferred • Must be currently residing in Washington state • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Experience sourcing and closing candidates from entry level to senior project management positions • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies • Ability to identify and analyze issues, make decisions, and initiate solutions • Ability to self-manage and demonstrate a proactive driver mentality • Extreme adaptability and ability to pivot quickly • Project management and process improvement skills may be beneficial • Assertiveness and competitive spirit may be beneficial • BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university is optional/preferred • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • No employment visa or visa extension sponsorship available
