📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial analysis supporting decision-making and identifying growth opportunities • Support development of new products, services, and commercial offerings through business case analysis, financial modelling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations • Lead annual budgeting, five-year planning, and ongoing forecasting activities • Challenge, influence, and support business leaders in developing robust financial assumptions • Evaluate business performance against strategic objectives and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency • Develop understanding of business operations to identify key performance drivers and deliver financial and operational analytics • Monitor and analyze Revenue, EBITDA, ROCE, Utilization, Sets on Hire, OPEX, and other operational and financial KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a similar analytical role • Proven ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders across the business • Strong expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, trend analysis, and development of financial and operational models • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-volume environments • Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver results with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into meaningful business insights • Hands-on experience with Infor ERP, financial consolidation systems, and Power BI • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, data modeling, and executive-level presentations
