📋 Description

• Build and run the joint go-to-market plan with Stripe's partner and sales teams, including target accounts, co-sell motions, and Stripe-funded engagements • Package and launch Stripe offerings covering payments migration, Checkout upgrades, marketplace payments on Connect, billing, and agentic commerce • Build pipeline with Account Executives through account plans, joint events, and thought leadership • Enable internal and partner teams on payments offerings • Lead billable executive workshops, including agentic commerce workshops and payments performance reviews • Bring commerce, payments, finance, and IT leaders to prioritized plans with clear owners • Convert workshops into follow-on engagements, roadmaps, and signed statements of work • Shape ROI models tied to client P&L, authorization lift, processing cost, fraud and dispute loss, conversion, and cost to serve • Write summaries that help finance leaders fund projects and Stripe co-invest • Join discovery and pursuits as the payments expert and guide Account Executives through Stripe-anchored deals • Shape solutions with delivery leads and Stripe solution architects • Help scope statements of work and own payments sections of proposals and RFPs • Provide billable expert guidance on Stripe implementations alongside delivery teams • Equip Account Executives with talk tracks, qualification questions, and demos • Track and report Stripe-sourced and co-sold pipeline, closed revenue, billable work, workshops, and offerings launched • Feed performance insights back into the practice to improve offerings and targeting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in the payments industry, at a payment processor, acquirer, fintech, or consultancy delivering payments programs • Go-to-market acumen, including experience with partners and clients on pursuits, partner plays, or co-sell motions, and helping win deals • Working knowledge of authorization and decline management, processing cost, tokenization, fraud and disputes, and payouts and reconciliation • Experience building ROI models or business cases used by finance leaders to fund decisions • Comfort reading a merchant's numbers and explaining where payments affect margin and conversion • Hands-on experience with Stripe, such as Payments, Connect, or Billing • Confidence facilitating sessions with senior client stakeholders and clear, persuasive writing • Understanding of how payments connect to commerce platforms and ERPs • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work • Based in Canada; eligible to work remotely • Experience with Radar, Tax, Adyen or other processors, multi-processor routing, agentic commerce protocols, B2B payments, commercetools, Shopify, Mirakl, or ERPs such as SAP and NetSuite is a strong plus • French or Spanish is a strong plus
