📋 Description

• Support the Controller by providing financial support and analysis • Collaborate closely with a team of finance professionals • Participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Analyze and record monthly revenue for several business units • Extract data and prepare reports from various systems • Review expense accounts and credit card statements to ensure proper account coding • Reconcile financial data between accounting systems and CRM systems • Perform intercompany reconciliations • Compile the GST/QST report • Prepare monthly commission reports • Track projects with operational teams and in the accounting system • Reconcile accounts receivable subledgers and follow up on accounts referred for collection • Reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts • Complete and upload analysis documentation to the portal at each month-end • Assist the team with its day-to-day activities • Keep internal controls up to date and recommend process improvements • Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 • Assist with preparing the audit file for the year-end audit • Perform other related duties and ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage stress effectively • Ability to prioritize tasks and understand the importance of meeting deadlines • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is required • Experience with IFRS is an asset • Experience using Microsoft D365 is an asset • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
