📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems, initially focusing on NetSuite • Expand systems scope to support Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes • Define the structure, vision, roles, responsibilities, and growth paths for the Finance Systems function • Define, build, and optimize finance systems processes, methodologies, and tools • Establish standards for system configuration, data management, integrations, and reporting • Establish and enforce best practices for configuration, data integrity, user management, security, testing, and deployment • Manage and guide internal or external technical resources delivering NetSuite SuiteScript development, API integrations, and other technical solutions • Promote data-driven insights, accurate reporting, analysis, and efficient decision-making within Finance • Collaborate with Accounting, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing or leading projects within finance systems • 7+ years of experience working with core finance systems • Deep functional and process knowledge across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order Management, and Procurement • Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration • Ideally, a working understanding of SuiteScript and integrations • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications • Experience implementing new finance systems or significantly scaling existing systems • Ability to define a long-term vision while implementing tactical changes • Experience designing and implementing rigorous, consistent, and efficient finance workflow processes • NetSuite Administrator certification, experience in mid-sized high-growth companies, manufacturing experience, experience with Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report systems, technical resource management, and data visualization tools are bonus qualifications
