📋 Description

• Support the Controller by providing financial support and analysis • Work closely with a team of finance professionals • Participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes • Analyze and record monthly revenue for multiple business units • Extract data and prepare reports from various systems • Review expense accounts and credit card transactions to ensure proper accounting classification • Reconcile financial data between accounting systems and CRM systems • Perform intercompany reconciliations • Compile GST/QST reports • Prepare monthly commission reports • Track projects with operational teams and in the accounting system • Reconcile accounts receivable subledgers and monitor accounts assigned for collection • Reconcile balance sheet accounts • Complete and file supporting documentation for analyses at each month-end close • Assist the team with day-to-day activities • Maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements • Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 • Assist in preparing audit documentation for the year-end audit • Perform other related duties and ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of industry experience • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, with strong stress-management skills • Ability to set priorities and understand the importance of meeting deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency in both French and English is required • Experience with IFRS is an asset • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
