📋 Description

• Support an Insider Risk Program and serve as a subject matter expert • Perform insider risk analysis, analytical product development, supply assessment, and triage of potential insider threat activity • Apply technical, intelligence, and human dimensions to insider risk analysis in accordance with customer guidelines • Review, correlate, and analyze OSINT, CYBINT, and closed commercial intelligence • Evaluate foreign intelligence or criminal capabilities, tactics, techniques, and procedures targeting U.S. Critical Infrastructure • Provide analytical support for Insider Risk investigations, operations, damage assessments, and intelligence inquiries • Identify leads and anomalies • Collaborate with insider risk analysts and provide technical expertise • Integrate User Activity Monitoring and User Behavior Analysis • Perform retrospective analysis of travel disclosures and technical and behavioral indicators • Conduct third-party organizational and vendor risk assessments • Produce vulnerability reports for senior leaders • Perform cyber due diligence covering technology stacks, domains, DNS, WHOIS, IPs, cyber supply chains, ransomware susceptibility, financial impact, compromised credentials, and high-risk assets • Author intelligence reports, formal analytic products, FOCI threat advisories, and strategic assessments

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience • Previous experience as a counterintelligence or intelligence analyst in an insider threat program • Experience in a federal or cleared environment with NITTF-aligned, Counterintelligence, or FBI Insider Threat standards • Experience supporting and leading analysis for federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions focused on Critical Infrastructure • Completion of accredited CI foundational training, such as CISAC, technically trained agent training, CIASAC, or equivalent service/agency schooling • Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional (CCITP) certification desired • Top Secret clearance desired • Public Trust clearance level listed
