📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities • Analyze municipal business processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities • Translate business requirements into solution designs and system configurations • Configure and support solutions on the Salesforce platform • Support data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities • Collaborate with Product, Technical, Implementation, and Customer Success teams • Investigate and resolve complex functional issues • Build trusted relationships with municipal customers and stakeholders • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous product improvements • Work with municipalities across Canada to modernize business processes and implement Salesforce-based solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce experience • Strong understanding of municipal operations • Proven Salesforce implementation and configuration experience • Strong consulting skills • Municipal sector knowledge • Customer-service mindset • Experience in municipal finance, property taxation, assessment, utility billing, revenue or receivables strongly preferred • Experience in customer service, municipal administration, land and property management or cash receipting strongly preferred • Experience with financial systems, ERP or municipal software, process improvement or data management strongly preferred • Salesforce experience in consulting, implementation, or solution design roles highly desirable • Candidates must be located within Canada • Ability to travel up to 30 percent
