📋 Description

• Review pension plan provisions and ensure compliance of calculations with applicable Canadian rules and legislation • Participate in configuring a partner's pension plan administration system based on client-specific plan features • Review documentation related to parameter configuration • Support system developers in configuring new features • Develop the test strategy for benefit calculations, review test scenarios, regression testing, and test results • Improve calculation tools and internal procedures • Participate in organizational projects requiring pension plan administration expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or actuarial mathematics • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent knowledge of pension plans in Canada and the laws governing them • Ability to analyze complex information related to pension plans • Good communication skills in French and strong communication skills in English; the majority of the work will be done in English • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience in Excel or SQL programming language will be considered an asset • Proficiency in computer tools, including process modeling tools and tracking systems, will be considered an asset • Strong sense of organization and resourcefulness • Ability to work in a team with various stakeholders • Demonstrated ability in effective time management, including meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks and deliverables • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, managers, and senior management • Excellent analytical skills • Attention to detail, precision, and rigor
