📋 Description

• Provide consulting, training, and support to implement Sage’s cloud-native HCM solution for small and medium-sized businesses • Work with HR and operations leaders during discovery and requirements analysis • Develop clear, actionable understanding of clients’ HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and related processes • Assist customers with preparing, migrating, validating, and auditing confidential employee data • Configure and customize Sage HCM modules and workflows • Collaborate with internal specialists and customer stakeholder groups • Deliver smooth, timely, and budget-friendly implementations that meet customer objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation would be ideal; candidates with related experience who have led previous HCM deployments may be considered • Experience working with core HR and payroll systems as a system implementer, consultant, administrator, or power user • Post-secondary education in a related field such as human resources, business administration, or technology would be considered an asset • Strong attention to detail • Passion for efficient and automated processes • Strong sense of customer empathy • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present comfortably, ask effective questions, and work with customers transparently and accountably • Bilingual communication skills in English and French would be considered a strong asset
