📋 Description

• Conduct kickoff calls with clients to present the process and manage their expectations • Ensure client training is completed throughout the implementation process • Plan internal resources for project-related tasks, including hardware installation, billing launch, and payment processing configuration • Communicate implementation status to clients and remind them of training dates • Manage a segment of clients participating in the implementation process • Provide clients with timely updates based on task progress and their responsibilities • Keep client records up to date in the CRM and other online tools • Reduce the time between closing the sale and the first use of the system • Ensure an excellent customer satisfaction rate • Oversee the client implementation process from start to finish • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the golf industry or a passion for golf • Experience managing customer expectations by phone and email • Experience planning resources and assigning tasks in an execution-focused role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English • Fluency in English as a working language is required • Experience in the retail and hospitality industries is an asset, but not required • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is an asset, but not required • Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero is an asset, but not required
