📋 Description

• Serve as the Materials Management subject matter specialist for software implementations • Work with new clients transitioning from legacy financial systems to Multiview Financial Software • Collaborate with the Implementation team on client project plans, processes, methodologies, and execution • Analyze business process workflows and requirements and propose system solutions • Prepare project plans and identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements and milestones • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives • Troubleshoot software problems and act as liaison with clients • Improve product integration with third parties • Collaborate with Client Support to resolve Materials Management issues • Coach and train new staff on Materials Management utilization • Develop implementation best practices with internal departments • Support client go-live, technical discussions, whiteboarding, integrations, and technical solutions • Document and manage project deliverables, risks, and actions • Provide implementation status reports to stakeholders and investigate scope-related issues • Maintain detailed client project plans and strong client relationships • Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and track time to capture revenue • Support clients through all implementation phases, including requirements and escalations • Demonstrate Multiview’s core values and advance the company’s and clients’ reputations

🎯 Requirements

• A degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Commerce, Bookkeeping, or related Materials Management experience within the healthcare industry • 2-4 years in a Materials Management role or related experience • Experience working as a Materials Management Specialist within the healthcare industry • Experience using Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) or ERP software • Strong aptitude for software usage, preferably in Financials/Enterprise products and services, financial software, or Materials Management • Excellent client service skills and experience in client-facing situations • Excellent communication, presentation, training/coaching, and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with the ability to multitask, probe, analyze, and problem-solve with critical attention to detail • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and employees in a team-oriented environment • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with little supervision • Willingness to be coached and mentored • Ability to deal with confidential data and adhere to applicable data protection acts such as HIPAA standards • Ability to travel within North America • Prior ERP or Multiview Financial Software experience preferred • Prior software implementation experience preferred • Prior SaaS/Software industry experience preferred
