📋 Description

• Understand business requirements, processes, product capabilities, and limitations • Lead customers and project team members toward optimal solutions • Demo existing product functionality • Configure Salesforce-based products and build custom solutions • Lead training sessions and train-the-trainer sessions • Manage deployments through the implementation cycle • Propose functional designs maximizing native and declarative Salesforce solutions • Keep end-user experience front of mind when developing configurations • Recommend business process improvements • Lead best practices for designing, developing, testing, and deploying functionality • Guide customers through environment management and deployment best practices • Prepare customers for post-go-live operations and create administrator documentation • Use AI tools and agents to accelerate requirements documentation, solution design artifacts, and client-facing deliverables • Evaluate Agentforce and other AI capabilities within client Salesforce organizations • Analyze, transform, and load data • Navigate and configure Salesforce’s security model • Recommend and build reports and dashboards • Collaborate with Customer Support to assist clients after go-live • Travel to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience • 2+ years technology, consulting and/or internal technology management experience • Experience in Salesforce configuration and integrated 3rd party products • Technical or process design acumen to translate business requirements and pain points into functional designs • Effective independent time management and prioritization in a fast-paced, remote working environment • Ability to facilitate discovery workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate confidently with end users and executive sponsors • Experience using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or comparable agentic AI tools • Ability to responsibly integrate AI tools into a delivery workflow • Billing, Finance, Accounting, and Payments experience is a differentiator • Experience or interest in AI and agentic tools is a differentiator • Ability to travel in Canada and the US without restriction • Successful completion of background and reference checks
