📋 Description

• Deliver consulting project activities as a radiation therapy subject matter expert through medium- to long-term customer engagements • Assist customers with clinical operations focused on patient outcomes, care efficiencies, cost containment/reduction, and customer value propositions • Evaluate business processes and recommend process changes • Document processes, identify problems, specify/design hardware and software, manage change, test strategies, identify training needs, and deploy solutions • Assist in creating and developing consultative services • Develop metrics demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial value • Support product training and implementation through onsite and remote training, eLearning, implementation processes, and follow-up • Serve as clinical resource for the SHS Varian Nova Scotia project implementation team, including content curation, product configuration, testing, and workflow • Map current-state to future-state workflows and perform gap analysis • Lead requirements-gathering sessions through onsite and remote analysis and customer interviews • Translate workflow requirements into actionable technical configuration tasks with the technical implementation team • Develop and drive customer-specific user adoption strategies and best practices • Provide onsite support during system Go-Live and immediate post-Go-Live periods • Travel up to 75%

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist • BSN/BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance • 5+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s) • Living in Nova Scotia Preferred • Travel up to 75% • Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
