📋 Description

• Lead technical onboarding for top-tier enterprise retailers and direct-to-consumer brands • Provide consultative guidance for integrating Narvar’s solutions and maximizing product value and customer success • Translate customer business requirements and Narvar product expertise into technical specifications • Develop and validate solutions using APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript • Partner with internal and external technical and business stakeholders for successful project delivery • Create documentation, improve processes, and develop internal tools and training programs for the global Professional Services team

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead • Hands-on experience with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Proficiency in JavaScript or related languages • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Experience with iPaaS, retail and e-commerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics is a plus
