• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple PR client accounts, delivering proactive, strategic guidance and building trusted client relationships • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, including earned media, social, and content marketing efforts • Translate complex client needs into actionable strategies, leveraging market insights and performance data • Write and edit high-impact content including executive messaging, press materials, bylined articles, and award submissions • Coordinate and lead media opportunities—securing placements, managing interviews, and helping clients refine messaging • Collaborate across REQ teams—PR, Creative, Paid Media, Development—to ensure seamless campaign execution • Coach and mentor junior team members through feedback, training, and professional development • Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables • Identify opportunities for account growth, upsells, and improved client value
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in Client Services, PR, or Account Management roles • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and drive successful client outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting complex, high-stakes content • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.) • Experience across multiple digital marketing channels and comfort with performance metrics and analytics • Prior experience in media relations or public affairs is a plus • Comfort working both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment • We cannot offer visa support at this time.
