📋 Description

• Support the Designated and Managing Brokers to ensure eXp agents deliver outstanding real estate brokerage services • Conduct training sessions on contracts, risk management practices, licensing requirements, and state real estate regulations • Respond to agents’ requests for transaction support with exceptional customer service • Review contracts and transactional documents using advanced technology and AI-driven tools to ensure legal and contractual compliance • Remove transactional barriers, model agile workflows, and participate in team initiatives improving agent experience, risk management, and operational excellence • Consult with agents and internal teams to resolve complex transaction-related issues • Support implementation of eXp risk management initiatives • Assist with development, improvement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals • Collaborate with internal departments to develop efficient solutions for eXp’s agent base • Provide backup support for Managing Brokers as needed • Fulfill additional duties assigned to meet brokerage needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions • Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance • Understanding of state and federal laws, Department of Commerce rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven success partnering with internal stakeholders • Ability to make swift, informed decisions and resolve problems using sound judgment • Uncompromising integrity and high ethical standards • Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) • Real estate license required • Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system strongly preferred
