📋 Description

• Close transactions simultaneously in EZMax, Broker Wolf, and TRX • Determine transaction eligibility for eXpress Pay and add eligible transactions to the funding sheet • Confirm agent and team splits • Keep the productivity tab updated with the current status of assigned transactions • Ensure proper documentation is received before closing transactions • Verify dates are correct across all platforms before closing • Ensure ends are allocated properly in EZMax and Broker Wolf before closing • Communicate deal status with agents and the Transactions Department after closing dates • Attend meetings when required • Perform assigned tasks efficiently within the provided timeframe • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors via email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated channels • Attend virtual meetings, provide progress updates, and participate in discussions • Adhere to company policies, including data security and confidentiality • Complete assigned projects and tasks with attention to detail and quality • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines • Collaborate with colleagues using remote collaboration tools • Take ownership of assigned work and address challenges proactively • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience • 1–2 years of experience • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred • Remote work experience required • Dedicated home-office/work space • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required • Microsoft Office experience is a bonus • Advanced Trello experience preferred • Experience with EZMax, Broker Wolf, SkySlope, and TRX • Clear understanding of EZMax • Expert knowledge of Agent ICA and Team Contracts • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service abilities • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Conflict-resolution and active-listening abilities • Agile/flexible attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience coordinating events and group activities
