📋 Description

• Own a product module end to end, including outcomes, roadmap, and lifecycle from concept to launch and results measurement • Contribute to product strategy and communicate the module roadmap to internal and external audiences • Define product requirements based on user problems and validated feedback • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences • Coordinate with platform success, marketing, operations, engineering, and other stakeholders for successful launches • Identify ways to leverage AI to enhance the product experience • Engage with clients and end users through feedback sessions, rapid iteration, and proactive improvement identification • Lead user discovery, stakeholder alignment, solution definition, prototyping, and go-to-market delivery • Shape the experience of thousands of users across Hatch and Unity platforms

• Strong product discovery skills that turn ambiguity into insight • Proven user empathy and user-problem focus • Builder mindset and prototyping ability • Ability to work fluently with designers and engineers • Understanding of technical feasibility • Excellent judgment balancing user value and business needs • Clear, concise communication with executives, engineers, and other stakeholders • Fluency with current AI tools for research, prototyping, and communicating intent • Experience owning product modules, internal tools, or customer-facing features • Links to product documentation, project briefs, launch materials, or other work artifacts
