• Proven experience in outside B2B sales, account management, or business development • Industry experience in restoration or construction preferred • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field • Familiarity with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to managing outreach and pipeline activity • Passion for helping people and a commitment to integrity and service excellence
