You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable systems, implementing voice-enabled AI, and ensuring seamless integration with healthcare and financial platforms. With the freedom to define the tech stack and build your dream team, this role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial Experience: Previous experience as a co-founder or early-stage technical leader in a VC-backed startup • Zero-to-One Product Development: Proven ability to take concepts from ideation to MVP and scale • AI/ML Expertise: Experience with GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, ASR, and TTS technologies • Data Integration: Expertise in building secure, scalable multi-user data systems • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with healthcare and financial data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) • User-Centric Design: Passion for creating seamless, empathetic user experiences • Leadership Skills: Proven success in hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing technical teams
