📋 Description

• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning activities • Closely oversee and improve our weekly project staffing process • Maintain a real-time view of all active and upcoming projects • Build consensus and secure decisions regarding program resourcing needs • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively develop the project portfolio • Measure and communicate the team's cost efficiency • Manage the project governance system • Proactively identify and report operational risks • Collaborate on improving partner efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Over 10 years of operations experience in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity • Extensive experience influencing and managing stakeholders • Experience serving as a strategic partner to senior executives • Strong skills in process design and execution • Deep experience developing capacity plans, staffing plans, and schedules • Excellent analytical capabilities • Proficiency in Google Sheets • Experience improving efficiency with IPA partners • Experience integrating AI and automation into vendor workflows • Strong attention to detail and good judgment in ambiguous situations
