📋 Description
• Implement sustainable processes and systems to increase refinery margins by 2-3% • Specialize in achieving tens of millions of dollars in performance improvements within 6-8 months • Use data analytics, industry know-how, and technical experience to implement improvement engagements in over 40 refineries globally
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemicals or similar • Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry with 3-25 years’+ experience in either managing or improving plant energy efficiency, process plant optimization and gasoline blending • Working knowledge in tools such as Aveva PROII, Aspen HYSYS, SagePlus, etc. • Advanced proficiency in data mining and data analysis skills in Excel • Ability to travel to Refinery client sites
