• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory • Manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals • Analyze data for strategic opportunities • Prospect and onboard new supply in territory • Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences • Educate clients on product changes
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support • Fluency in English required; special consideration for Mandarin or Cantonese • 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus • Proven track record in managing leads pipeline • Proficient quantitative skills • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels • Proven experience working cross-functionally • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Highly proficient in CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus • Must be based in British Columbia or Alberta
