📋 Description

• Partner closely with senior leaders across the broader technical organization • Remain hands-on and contribute code as a senior technical individual contributor • Work with cross-functional teams, including design, product marketing, and prototyping, to envision a unique, delightful, extensible guest-host communication experience • Envision and build a scalable foundation for reaching hosts in need through notifications • Explore ways to improve the partner integration platform using advanced AI technology • Understand how technical decisions drive business outcomes • Deliver frameworks and platforms that improve delivery quality and business outcomes • Perform design and code reviews • Advise and mentor other Airbnb engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field • Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale with significant impact • Experience applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles • Hands-on experience leading project teams, setting technical direction and strategy, and working cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Examples of working across teams and organizations on technical initiatives • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
