📋 Description

• Define AirOps’ playbook for AI-native advertising, including budget allocation, paid placements, organic authority, and content optimization across LLM platforms • Partner with marketing executives and growth teams to develop early-adopter strategies, evaluate channel tradeoffs, test mechanisms, and measure full-funnel ROI • Design and execute quantitative experiments across emerging AI platforms to analyze auction dynamics, recommendation algorithms, conversion triggers, and attribution models • Guide brands on integrating performance marketing with AI Engine Optimization, structured data, authority-building, and paid placements • Publish insights, educate executive buyers, and shape market perception around the future of discovery • Translate customer learnings and experimental results into product specifications and scalable go-to-market service motions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading high-scale performance marketing, SEM, or paid media teams • Deep mastery of auction mechanics, bidding logic, targeting, and multi-touch attribution • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, digital advertising, or related fields at high-growth startups • History of pioneering new, unproven channels or markets before standard playbooks existed • Ability to operate effectively in complete ambiguity and create order out of noise • Strategic judgment across paid and organic growth levers • Strong analytical, data-first approach to budget allocation, unit economics, incrementality, and performance measurement • Active interest in AI-native discovery, LLM evolution, and answer-engine landscapes, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude • High-bandwidth communication skills and executive presence • Experience or interest in establishing a new industry discipline at the intersection of AI, performance marketing, and brand growth
