📋 Description

• Conduct sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers • Search for and attract prescription projects • Provide customer service to installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies • Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects • Coordinate prescribing draughtsmen/designers • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects • Manage relationships with developers, builders, and installers throughout project phases • Provide technical after-sales support and commission after-sales installations • Coordinate technical after-sales activities and provide assistance to different channels • Monitor installations as project manager at construction sites • Support marketing strategies • Manage collections and monitor incidents • Prepare regular management reports • Act as intermediary between customers and manufacturing • Manage the customer database for the assigned area • Present company, catalog, and product information • Build customer loyalty • Coordinate technical-commercial training for installers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in BMS (Building Management Systems) and home automation integration • Sales/account management experience • Ability to conduct national travel across the UK • Experience supporting installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies • Ability to provide technical after-sales support and coordinate commissioning • Ability to manage projects from start to finish • Ability to prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects • Ability to prepare regular management reports • Ability to manage customer databases • Ability to coordinate technical-commercial training for installers
