📋 Description
• Teach business administration courses and general education programs • Utilize and teach organization behaviour, business computer applications • Conduct research and participate in school and university service • Lead in undergraduate programs and curriculum development • Mentor and supervise senior thesis or capstone projects • Diversify curriculum and faculty in regard to race, gender, and ethnicity
🎯 Requirements
• Ph.D. degree in Business Administration – Management or related field • Minimum of five years of university-level teaching experience • Strong evidencing professional and/or research-based work • Proficiency in industry-standard software • Evidence of peer-reviewed publications • Strong written and oral communication skills in English • Experience working effectively in multicultural academic environments
