📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for security services • Ensuring seamless integration and support for customers • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases • Partnering with sales teams to understand customer business needs • Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices • Participating in training and projects contributing to service quality

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Experience with internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL • Customer facing experience within a consultative environment • Cyber security credentials such as Security+, SSCP, GSEC or others • Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques • Knowledge of web development, IT systems or security practice
