📋 Description

• Shaping and delivering internal communications strategies for key CTG initiatives • Translating complex topics into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences and channels • Advising stakeholders on effective messaging and building self-service communications resources for employees • Managing the end-to-end delivery of content and logistics for quarterly All Hands meetings • Co-leading an employee advisory group designed to bridge the gap between communication strategy and employee experience • Piloting AI tools to improve team efficiency and discover creative ways to scale impact • Participating in Akamai's Global Communications Network to drive alignment and information-sharing across the global organization

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Demonstrate solid business writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and channels • Have proficient experience and knowledge with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets) or equivalent • Have an interest in connecting internal communications strategies to organizational performance • Take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Be a dedicated team player, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels in a large, complex, and cross-functional organization.
