• Conduct weekly AI-assisted lead generation and account research based on ideal customer profiles • Research targeted healthcare organizations and identify relevant decision-makers and contacts • Create and maintain prioritized prospect and outreach lists • Conduct outreach by email, LinkedIn, and phone using established messaging and campaigns • Identify and contact qualified or interested prospects, perform initial qualification, and coordinate their handoff to the Sales Solutions Architect • Record outreach activities, customer interactions, meeting notes, prospect status, and next steps in HubSpot • Participate in customer discovery activities, account research, meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up • Prepare and customize sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other sales and marketing materials • Gather feedback, outcomes, data, and observations from customers and users for sales and marketing activities • Support webinars, conferences, product launches, and other go-to-market activities • Provide the Chief Growth Officer with a weekly update on activities, prospects, meetings, pipeline, and market feedback • Participate in other sales, business development, and go-to-market activities
• High school diploma required at minimum • Currently pursuing post-secondary studies, recently graduated, or within approximately the first five years of your career • Comfortable communicating professionally by email, phone, and LinkedIn • Organized, with a rigorous and consistent approach to tracking outreach activities and next steps • Comfortable learning and using AI tools, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly identify the right people to contact • Strong writing skills and the ability to contribute to professional client-facing materials • Curious, comfortable asking questions, and able to interact with healthcare professionals and organizational leaders • Able to work independently according to clearly established priorities while collaborating closely with a small team • Experience with HubSpot, B2B sales, healthcare, digital health, marketing, or business development is an asset but not required
• Potential for a six-month contract extension • 30 hours per week • Hands-on experience in B2B sales, AI-assisted prospecting, HubSpot, and customer discovery • Collaboration with experienced leaders
