📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments • Make outgoing calls to patients and physicians • Handle scheduling and pre-registration calls based on business needs • Follow standardized processes, questions, and scripts during scheduling and pre-registration calls • Gather accurate and complete patient data required for scheduling • Enter information into applicable computer programs and systems • Determine customer needs with a focus on one-call resolution • Escalate calls to the Patient Services Supervisor or Patient Services Manager as appropriate • Complete additional assigned job duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required • 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience • Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required • Strong multi-tasking abilities • Strong communication skills • Ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to sit, stand, and walk • Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs • Ability to see, speak and hear to communicate with patients • Ability to stoop, kneel or crawl • Ability to climb and balance • Ability to carry and lift 10-20 pounds
