• Administer, form, negotiate, and close procurement contracts for the Lynn Lake Gold Project • Coordinate timely delivery of procurement contracts with corporate legal and project stakeholders • Administer and process contracts, purchase orders, amendments, and change orders • Develop contracting strategies and prepare and execute RFx/tender processes • Conduct pre-award reviews and finalize post-award contracts • Negotiate contract terms and renewals with project teams and stakeholders • Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including vendor selection, bid evaluation, negotiation, and adjudication • Monitor global market trends and their impact on procurement strategies • Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle • Ensure compliance with sourcing strategies, procurement policies, contractual obligations, legislation, and legal requirements • Build vendor and third-party service-provider relationships • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues • Support best practices in sourcing strategies, contract management, and procurement policies • Identify improvements to contract formation and administration processes • Maintain confidentiality and perform additional duties supporting organizational objectives
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years contract formation, execution and management • Professional designation or certification in procurement, contract management, or a related area (asset) • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement and managing large tender processes, preferably in the mining or project-based sectors • Technical knowledge of contract law, claims and holdback processes • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently • Effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and team commitment • Demonstrated technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering and/or construction (asset) • Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana (asset) • Bilingual in French and English (asset) • Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement • Proven ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive resolution on issues and bring value to the organization • Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate information and data
