📋 Description

• Responsible for engaging with prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers. • Find leads, understand the needs of prospects, present the product, drive sales, and manage key customer relationships until contract signing. • Understand, embrace, and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to enhance the customer experience. • Collaborate as a team player and contribute to the growth and improvement of the company. • Challenge product methods and strategies, getting involved in projects relevant to customer base growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous experience in a Sales role • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish • Ideally B2B sales experience, preferably with a SaaS company • Ability to create a high-touch strategy adapted to each prospect • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills • Humility on learning from others and on being challenged on your actions • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building • Willing to go the extra mile • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1 • Methods for challenging others to improve our product and our strategy in a constructive way • Interest in being involved in other projects and initiatives
