📋 Description

• Alan's mission: make prevention the new norm of care and help people live in good health to 100 while turning health benefits into a valuable investment • Vertically integrated health partner uniting insurance and smart healthcare delivery • Data team builds insights, features and tools powered by data to help colleagues and members • Examples: analyze health consumption patterns; understand product usage; create visibility for sales; automate reimbursements; build reminders to help members stay healthy • Full-stack approach: contribute to analytics, engineering and science; ownership of infrastructure • Tech stack mentioned: SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, Metabase • Build in-house tooling to organize data and serve it across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them • Demonstrated impact during a first successful experience • Experience or willingness to grow in all 3 aspects of the data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) -- being specialized in one of these areas is good too! • Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R; setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft • Great listening and communication skills • Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!) • Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!)
